I was surfing the official athletic site for UCLA the other day and found the "25 Reasons to Choose UCLA" in the Recruits tab. Here's Reason #8:

8. Since the early 1970's, UCLA has lost only two head coaches to another Division I university. This coaching stability is rooted in tremendous administrative and staff support. The athletic department provides expert support for all of its intercollegiate sports in the areas of compliance, development, marketing, camps and media relations. Student-athletes at UCLA are part of a Bruin tradition in an athletic department that puts the student-athlete experience first.

I'll give you one guess who the AD was for both coaches.
