A MRI showed torn ligaments in Kyle Anderson's thumb and surgery could keep him out three months. If he does get the surgery he would be back sometime in August, which is plenty of time before the season starts. Still, Anderson could miss out on valuable development over the summer so his family is seeking a second opinion.
