UCLA Bruin sophomore Patrick Cantlay will tee off at 10:10 ET today in the final round of the Masters at Augusta National. You can follow his progress today on the official site.
Cantlay started the tournament Thursday with an outstanding one under par 71 which put him in a tie for 14th place. A six over on Friday saw him slip back from the leader board, but still got him in under the cut for the weekend. He responded yesterday with a respectable two over and sits in a tie for 52nd at +7 for the tournament, an impressive showing for his first Masters.
Cantlay is the number one ranked amateur in the world, and he qualified for the Masters with his second place finish at last year's US Amateur. For anyone following the tournament today, feel free to throw in updates or other thoughts here. Good luck to Patrick today, and Go Bruins!
