Greg Biggins reported yesterday that CB Jermaine Kelly has committed to UCLA.

HT Kenneth Powers for hitting the fan shot last night. The 6'2 185 lbs. WR/CB is listed as a 3* on Rivals.com and 2* on Scout.com, but all signs point to him being a fast riser and playing CB at the next level. There are some rumors that he'll be rated much higher once the new rankings come out, and he has apparently been quite impressive in the summer camp circuit.

He holds offers from a few other Pac-12 schools, including Washington, Arizona, Arizona St., and Utah, as well as Hawaii, Minnesota, and San Diego St., but he chose to stay close to home and play for Coach Mora at UCLA. He's currently the 10th commitment to the 2013 class.
