While not coming as much of a surprise, 2* WR Inoke Lotulelei flipped to BYU today. As reported by Kyle Goon:
Inoke Lotulelei, Cottonwood wideout, has decommitted from UCLA and committed to #BYU. Confirmed it while talking to me today.

If you recall, there was some concern here over his commitment to begin with, and the loss does not warrant much grieving. Yes, Lotulelei may turn out to be a fine player, but there is a reason why only UCLA and BYU have offered despite much of the country having scouted his team while looking at 5* QB Cooper Bateman.
Lotulelei had always been honest that BYU was his first choice. We should all give him credit for that and wish him the best. Once BYU offered, it was only a matter of time, and I sure hope our staff has been planning accordingly. Good luck in Provo.
