UCLA football team has now played it's 3rd football game under coach Mora and I can't help feel great about where we stand as a football team. For the first time in many years I have warm fuzzy feelings about our football team. I sleep better at nights, my mood is better, and even the food seems to taste better. Now I follow college football without sour feelings every time I hear any news about our team or even news about SUC across town. They funny thing about it is that we were not very optimistic when coach Mora was hired by the Strap-on after the end of the last season. With Chianti Dan's history of failing football coaches, can you really blame us?
If you remember we were all hoping for better candidates at the time with Chris Petersen and Mike Leach being the most desired candidates at least here on BN. I remember the cold sweat on my skin as soon as the Mora hire was announced, I was ready to give up watching UCLA football entirely, until our fortunes magically turn around some day.
Fast forward to now, and I don't think I would pick any other person other than CJM to coach our Bruins and that includes Petersen and Leach! Here is the big question:
I am very interested to know, if we had some sort of magical instant Strap-on Power where we could hire any other person to be the new UCLA football coach instead of Mora, knowing what we know now, who would we hire?
A. Chris Petersen
B. Mike Leach
C. Jim Mora
