[Updated] Gold Line to the Rose Bowl?

Question for L.A. based members of this community:

I was thinking of taking the Metro to the Rose Bowl. Now that the EXPO line runs to Culver City those of us who live in Westwood can hop on the train. I know to take the EXPO to the Red Line to Union Station where I can catch the Gold Line to Pasadena.

But which station do I get off and are there shuttles or something from the station to the stadium?

You know, a lot of people went to the SC-Hawaii game using the EXPO line (there are four stops adjacent to USC/the Coliseum). Even the media covered it. But I went to the UCLA web site to see if they had anything set up for the Gold Line/Rose Bowl and didn't see anything at all. Here is the link I checked:

If you have any idea how to use the Gold Line to get to the Rose Bowl on a UCLA game day, please let me know.

UPDATE: Answering my own question ... did a bit more digging and found this:

Is there alternative parking at the Rose Bowl?

The Metro Gold Line (rapid transit system) will run from downtown Los Angeles – Union Station – (and points further) to downtown Pasadena on game days. The Metro Gold Line Station is about one block from the Parsons lot. Metro Gold Line patrons are encouraged to walk to the Parsons Lot and take the free shuttle ride to and from the Rose Bowl.

I’ll leave this here in case anyone else was wondering.
