PASADENA – Freshman Randall Goforth, from Long Beach Poly, was one of eight UCLA first-year football players to debut last week in the opener at Rice.
On Saturday, Goforth was a starting safety against No. 17 Nebraska in just his second collegiate game, and led the Bruins with nine tackles in the 36-30, UCLA upset victory at the Rose Bowl.
