What a great start to the season! Sure, it's only two games, and we've seen strong starts dissolve into mediocrity, but this feels different. This feels like we've got strong leadership from our coaching. We definitely seem to be headed in the right direction. But before we give all the credit to Coach Mora and his staff (and they deserve a lot), let's take a second to thank...Coach Neuheisel.

Remember, when he arrived in town, the cupboard was bare. What he did during his tenure was recruit and recruit well. Our frustration the last two years mainly came from the belief that we finally had the talent, but they just weren't being used properly. Now, they are. Thanks for getting players to believe in UCLA and come to Westwood. This will not be forgotten. Now, here's to Coach Mora, Coach Mazonne and Coach Spanos to unleash their talents and bring Bruins football back to the top.
