I just saw this story on Dr. Saturday by Graham Wilson. It seems that Kylie Fitts, a four star DE, decommitted from just$c* because Lame pulled his early scholarship. Fitts took extra classes so he could graduate early and start at just$c* in the Spring, but Lame said the scholarship wasn't there for the Spring (but it would be there for the Fall.) But the kid had already graduated from high school so he's got nothing to do.
Apparently this guy wanted to go to just$c* for a long time, but now he won't be going there. He feels betrayed, according to the story. Well, what else would he expect from those guys? Especially now that the humanitarian has left.
According to the story, Notre Dame, Washington and UCLA are back in the mix. To be candid though, I don't care how many stars a guy has, if he wanted to go to just$c* for a long time, then I don't really want him (other than it gives us another chance to stick our collective thumbs in Lame's eye.) Anyhow, the kid's coach twittered (twitted? tweeted?) this little gem: "When people are desperate, their true colors show. Take the USC coach, captain of an underachieving ship. His true color: SHADY!"
