Oregon's Chip Kelly bolts for Philadelphia Eagles.
With NCAA investigations looming over the Oregon program, Chip Kelly has taken the Pete Carroll route - by heading to the NFL. According to Twitter:
Chip Kelly is the new coach of the Philadelphia Eagles, according to league sources. No announcement yet.

Interesting times. At this point Kelly's departure will not have immediate ramifications on UCLA's recruiting, but it may have long term impact on balance of power in this conference in next two years (especially as Southern Cal is becoming a bigger joke every day). Oregon will most likely replace Kelly with current assistant Mark Helfirch.
