Mora to the Chargers talk heating up

Well, since I also play a little fantasy football here and there, I ran across this on one of the sites I go to for information. I found it interesting and a little discouraging from a few points. Here is the link:

I am always of the belief that where there is smoke there is fire. This guy from the Union Tribune supposedly is pretty good with his information and not one to make things up. Ihear he is plugged in pretty well to the team. I am discouraged only because I am worried about the timing of this and how it will affect recruiting. We are a month away from National Signing Day and if Mora leaves in the next week or so, and takes Mazzone with him, then I think the recruits of this incredible staff that he is putting together are going to bolt. It is a little strange that we just hired Mazzone's son as an assistant coach IMO. Anyways, losing our head coach and offensive coordinator would surely hurt our recruiting. Then, you gotta look at possible replacements......only because signing day is so close DG cannot wait. He would need to make a quick hire, and we all know that DG is a pile of garbage and him making a quick hire would result in a crappy coach. A good AD would be talking to Mora right now and offering him a raise to announce he is staying, and also would be working on possible replacements should Mora bolt. We know that DG is doing neither.
