So I have posted for years on BN that I’ve been with a group that has 8 season tix in Sec 3 going back to when UCLA first started playing home games in the RB in the early 80’s. Five of the guys graduated in the 60s, and at least two of those guys had tix back to days we played at the Causoleam. I'm a second-generation bruin (class of '94) so I'm the junior member of the gang.
Anyhoo, as I expected, none of them had any effing clue to the "black out" that Mora and the team has been talking about all week.
For those of you new to this stuff, these guys have been shelling out thousands of bucks for decades . . . through the good times and the bad . . . and they have no idea about what’s going on these days. If you don't market to these guys, who are you marketing to? Who is the genius that came up with the "televise the game in Pauley" bullshit? WHAT ARE YOU A-HOLES DOING?
Guerrero, please keep eating . . . please. Its the only way we'll ever get rid of you after Recessive Gene Blockhead signed off on your ridiculous extension. I live in the Bay Area and can't make all the games, but I promise to wear all black at your damn funeral.
