I knew they had it in them! If only they had showed up against those teams they lost to during the season. Four quarters does it! Hundley decides to play the way he should have last week. Overall, the team showed up.
Anyone else watch Pac-12 broadcast? Someone needs to inform Neuheisel that drinking all that Trojan punch has gotten to his mind. All the arrogance and bravado he displays on the broadcast portrays him as being a bit jealous of Mora's success! Something that would have never happened if he was still the head coach even though he desperately tries to direct UCLA's success towards himself.
Arizona State doesn't win anything until UCLA beat itself! After listening to the post game report again this evening, why do they down play Mora's success? He walked into a losing situation with players underachieving unlike Stanford's coach. Someone on that panel of broadcasters need to give it up for Mora.
Truth is, UCLA needed someone outside the Bruin family to turn it into a winning program. It's been a mediocre program for 30 plus years. Yes, it had six ten game winning seasons since 1970. Consistency has been a problem.
Is Hundley going pro? I think so, even though I think he needs another year.
Baring injuries, I going to put my money on the Bruins to win it all next year!
