Who Does Dan Guerrero Report To?

My assumption, presumably held by others, has been that Doughnut reports directly to Gene Block. Doughnut certainly throws Block's name around whenever it suits his perceived interests.

But thanks to excellent diligence by JoeBruin15 and Class of 66, we now have Doughnut's employment contract. As discussed in the comment thread to Joe's fanpost on the contract, it turns out that there is a vice-chancellor, known as the "supervising vice chancellor" who actually has operational supervision over Doughnut.

The contract was signed by Peter Blackman, who is a vice chancellor emeritus (and was a senior starter for Coach Wooden in 1962). In response to my inadequate searching skills, Joe was able to provide a link to the directory which still shows contact info for Blackman.

Does anybody know if Blackman is still Doughnut's supervising vice chancellor?

We have obviously had no success in getting responses from Block. But we might have some more success if we can get in touch with whoever actually supervises Doughnut day to day.

Any help in finding out who we should be contacting would be greatly appreciated.
