Johnathan Franklin Signs 4-year deal with the Packers

Scott Halleran

We can now officially call Johnathan Franklin a professional football player, as the Green Bay Packers announced that JetSki has signed with the team. The contract is reportedly for 4-years, $2.5 million.

Given the rookie salary structure that was implemented in the NFL's latest collective bargaining agreement, there was never going to be much surprise or suspense in Johnathan's contract negotiations with the Packers.

The folks over at Acme Packing Company (our SBN colleagues covering the Packers) are looking forward to seeing Johnathan's participation in the team's full range of off-season activities and workouts this spring. Now all they need to do is get Datone signed.

Go Johnathan, and Go Bruins!
