AWESOME read on Stanford's S&C Program. We could take a bite out of this

2

I wonder if Sal Alosi has any experience with Coach Turley at Stanford...this article is really fantastic and as a physio student on the way to med school this drips with common sense. We should get bigger, faster, stronger, in all ranges of motion, with our primary focus on injury prevention..now that would be ideal. But the number that will keep us at BN up at night...an 87 percent drop in injuries?!?!? Now THERE is a statistic that means something. I don't have a twitter, but somebody should tweet this out to Coach Alosi, or make a frontpager article out of it so Mora can get a shot at reading it. Never a bad time to inject some promising new theories into a rising program.
