Great kid, get well quick TR. RT @aaronfitt: Poor Tyler Rahmatulla—broke bone in foot in UCLA's 1st fall workout, sidelining him for 8 wks.
So going back to our mojo of two weeks ago, here is another picture of Jonathan on the Janss steps.
I don't know what is going to happen tomorrow, but once again, I like being the underdog and having all the pressure on Cal.
GO BRUINS!
Q&A with CGB on Saturday's Game
Avinash from CGB had a little Q&A for me to prep for Saturday's game. The questions were pretty wide-ranging so take a look.
UCLA's attention to kicking game
Jon Gold has a good article on it. Although I rather have UCLA being known as a "Secondary U" (in the mold of Easley, Turner et al) than "Kicker U."
GO BRUINS.

Passing Efficiency explained
For those who have always wondered what that stat meant in college football. Interesting list at the end (see 1982 & 1997), with almost all those guys playing in the NFL. See if you can spot the mistake.
Way OT - Liverpool FC to be bought by Red Sox owners
Thought this might be of interest to the football soccer fans on BN. And, in general, what a mess has been made of one of the traditional powers.
"They have so many guys who've bought into the system. Driving guys downfield and not being individual, not trying to just flatten guys, they're working together as one. The whole thing about the zone is opening the lanes for running backs to pick."
Affordable Round Trip To Cal Game Available To Students
The Den and USAC have coordinated and made available a $61 round trip charter bus ride for students to attend the UCLA-Cal game on Saturday. They have also set up a rally around the Bruin Bear at midnight on Friday night.
This is a great idea and just the kind of forward thinking we need to build school spirit and create life long fans. Hats off to our own bk bruin, the Den and the other students involved for making this happen.
By the time kickoff rolls around, the stadium will be half-empty, and the Cal fans who missed the sales pitch will be pondering, "Hey, why does this look like a UCLA home game?"
