Alex Rovello, a University of Oregon tennis player, died in a tragic accident on Saturday. Sincere condolences to his family, friends and teammates.

I am tired of seeing our crosstown rival getting donation after donation even though they don't need it! We are supposed to be a leader in all fields yet we can't get major financial donations even though the public UC system is desperately struggling for money. USC is everywhere in the media and Keck Medical Center is gaining major ground out of nowhere. It's all under Block's watch. Fire Block now!

Remember him? He was a strong possibility before UCLA went with Kyle and Artis. I'd take him in a heartbeat. Let's see what Alford is all about.

His health comes first, but if he can play, that would be great.

I received an e-mail with the opportunity to donate to the UCLA North/South Challenge. I wrote back to uclafund@support.ucla.edu indicating no donation until Dan Guererro is fired.

Wang talked to Alford, but this particular story is mainly about Schilling's work with and thoughts on Kyle Anderson. I think Schilling will be a good one. Personally, I'm not impressed with Grace, and Broussard's a meh. If they pull the 5 recruits they are shooting for-unnamed-I will recant.
