That is not Hugh Johnson.....

It is Dustin Diamond aka Screech from "Saved by the Bell"  Ok maybe not, but looked and acted like him.

This could get embarassing, he needs to get to Supercuts or Fantastic Sams and demand a refund....the lid is not looking too good
