Players wearing "Pac-10 Champions" wrist bands??

We heard today that the players were wearing blue and gold "Pac-10 Champions" wristbands (Lance Armstrong type) for the game against Washington.  Can anyone confirm this?  Anyone have any footage of the game?

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

curt sandavol reported this for abc
in his post game comments. it made me mad because it confirmed my belief that dorrell at best shoots for pac-10 championships. he'd be happy going 8-4 and winning pac-10 every year if he could. i think one of the rose bowl teams he played on had a similar mediocre record in a year when the pac-10 was watered down.

ummm...
is there something wrong with "just" shooting for the pac-10 championship?  getting by usc, cal, and oregon to win the pac-10 wouldn't be a "watered down" schedule.

If it's true it's just stupid
Win the friggin Pac-10 THEN wear the wristbands! Yeah, lets go into Husky stadium (and every other Pac-10 venue) and tell them we already won the conference championship.  Next, lets put our banner on their midfield logo.  Im sure there are some people who think this is ok but it's nothing more than "happy thoughts" for children. Take responsibility and make it happen on the field!!
I truly hope for a great season, but if we dont have one we must dumpdorrell.com

wristbands
seeing the players on campus they have something that says that or something similar, at least i remember in a daily bruin article at least BO wants to take UCLA to national championship, i dont know if the coaches will let him

there is a difference
there is a difference between wanting to win and claiming you already won. It may be they did not intend for it to come off that way, but cmon now. I would have no problem if the wristbands said something like "Be Pac-10 Champions" or "Win The Pac-10 Championship." But "Pac-10 Champions" is more than just "envision winning and it will happen."

We have to confirm what the bands say, if they exist.

Simers
Here is the line from Simers:
He showed me the blue bracelet he was wearing, a reminder to himself and his team that their goal this season was to win the Pac-10 title, and so Saturday the Bruins go out in their first Pac-10 game of the season, against one of the worst teams in the Pac-10, and crumble.
So there was definitely a reference to winning the Pac-10. Question is what was the exact text. If it was something like just, "Pac-10 Champions," then it would be unreal STUPIDITY.

if someone can get pictures
or videos of this ... this could become a HUGE STORY.

If this is true Dorrell is stupider than I previously thought.

There definitely are wristbands
Now the question is, what do they say?  If they say "Pac-10 Champions" that is over the top.

Confirmation?
Looks like TJ is confirming that they were wearing a blue bracelet reminding they they need to win the Pac-10. And you can see a blue wrist band in this picture from Seattle:

No?

I don't believe it
I remember alot of players wearing Blue bracelets last year, I'm sure they are just UCLA bracelets that one can purchase at any convinience  store.
