Good story

Elder is right. We do have class. Just curious, does anyone know how this guy is related to the football team.

Kind of reminds me of a story about our men's soccer team when I was a student. They were in the final four, and had to go to Virginia. They had a host who's son has Downs Syndrome. They took the kid under their wing, and one of the players even gave him his championship watch. The kid was even featured in the soccer media guide the next year. These are moments that make me extra proud to be a Bruin.

He's actually on the team

Robert Kibble has been having trouble with multiple sclerosis and his absence has been felt because our secondary isn't as deep as we'd like it to be. Hope we can see him back at some point.

i was pleased with the teams performance, but was embarassed by some of our fans there, who were taunting utah fans after the game, and even threw something at a woman wearing red who happened to walk by the ucla student section....not too classy.

Embarassing

I saw those guys standing in front of the exit telling all the Utes to "go back to Utah," and throwing in a lot of cussing in along with it. I really didn't appreciate that because their attitude is going to end up being the entire impression some angry Utes will have of UCLA...
I went out of my way to wish the Utes nearby happy travels, and tell them it was a good game...
Some people.. honestly!
I still remember being taunted after the SC game last year, and that is why I refuse to do the same (although, how well I'll behave at the 'SC game I can't say...) The wierdest part about USC is that the old guys are the biggest assholes of the whole crowd.. go figure....

The old guys....

The old guys still remember the 90's when Bruin football ruled the city. I can't tell you how many of my $C neighbors got taunted when Vince Young ran and threw all over them. I dished it hard and often because I have had to endure 3 years of trash talking. GO BRUINS!!!
