I didn't see the first time...

...I only started watching after the 2nd half. They played it once in the 2nd half. I'm pretty sure they played it in the 1st half though since ucla.scout.com had a few posters buzzing about it.

my god. I saw the beginning of that but I breezed through it because i was a couple minutes behind on tivo so I didnt know it was a UCLA commercial. They massacred the UCLA cadence. I'm sure it probably sounds alright to people but the way they chopped it up and put pieces together and extended measures...kinda makes me cringe. It's tough when you know what's supposed to come next, especially because they didnt even keep the time signature right. There's 3 beat measures and 5 beat measures and all kinds of nonsense. Arghargh.

The SC Commerical

uses Lucas as part of the commerical (they give shoutouts to other alums IIRC).

I think Jackie Robinson warrants a 30 spots all to himself.

This is an awesome commercial.

To have Coach Wooden doing the voiceover is just golden! I hope that they keep at least that part after we get #100.

Wooden has some vocal talent...

I wouldn't put him up against Morgan Freeman, but who knew Wooden could do such a nice voiceover? I was so tired of that old commercial. This one is so much better.
