Pom Pom's Thugs BUSTED for Creating a Racist Facebook Group
Just par for the course from Pom Pom's SCums:
An inside joke on the USC football team went awry when a Facebook group sparked outrage among students. The racist Facebook group was created by a USC football player and showed a graphic of a black baby in handcuffs. An athletic department source said the group was a joke and had no serious purpose.
Junior linebacker Clay Matthews created the group, "White Nation," which featured a graphic with the caption, "arrest black babies before they become criminals."
Teammates David Buehler, Brian Cushing, Dan Deckas and Dallas Sartz joined the group.
"This group is not for the faint of heart," read the group's description. "All members are athletes of Caucasion (sic) descent. DISCLAIMER: In no way are the following memebers (sic) intolerant of others, we are just doing our duty of protecting the Arian (sic) brotherhood."
An athletic department source who wished to remain anonymous said the group was a joke and had no serious purpose.
Yeah sure it was a joke.It is a joke like that entire corrupt and out of control football program. What a bunch of SCums.
Go Bruins!!
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

Yes, see my other post below
Dinah Manning, a 20-year-old USC student offended by the group page, said the players need to better understand their position as public figures.
"They crossed a line outside the sanctity of the locker room," Manning said. "It's not a joke between [Matthews] and another player when he makes it sound like he's against an entire race. When I saw that group [on the Internet], I was in disbelief."
Geez...
And they actually are all white...
What will the Fishwrap say?
Fishwrap! Get Yer Fishwrap!
Plus the newsradio stations have been focusing on it, with an interview with a student who is offended by it.
