Baseball Opener PPD Due to Rain
Doubleheader tomorrow...as Mr. Cub would say, "let's play two!"
Friday evening's season-opening baseball game between UCLA and Oklahoma has been postponed due to inclement weather. The Bruins and Sooners will play a doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 24, with first pitch of game one slated for 12 p.m. at Jackie Robinson Stadium.Sophomore left-hander Gavin Brooks will start for the Bruins in game one, and junior left-hander Tim Murphy will take the mound in Saturday's second game.
Oklahoma will counter the #1 ranked Bruins (it never gets old saying "#1 ranked Bruins") with RHP Jeremy Erben in game one and freshman RHP Michael Rocha in game two.
