Bruin MOJO Version 3.0

As you all know very well, it's that time of year again. It's time to break out the MOJO for our Ben Ball Warriors.

For the uninitiated, we have a little tradition this time of year. We are not entirely sure how the MOJO took such a prominent place here in the Nation, but I suspect it has something to with 1) this leading to 2) this.

And do we ever need some MOJO right about now. Many of the talking heads and so called analysts are finally giving our Ben Ball Warriors some much deserved respect. I'm excited, as I'm sure many of you are as well, that the stars seem to be lining up for the Bruins. However, I don't want to take anything for granted. I'm not F'in with the MOJO.

The MOJO has carried us there in the past.

First things first, and one game at a time.

All focus is on Mississippi Valley State for now.

Go Bruins.

No
We will not do it this year. But if you want to start one on facebook on short notice, go for it.

We just don't have the time to manage one this year because we haven't found a set up yet that allows us to control the settings sufficiently. Perhaps the facebook setup is a good one, but none of us has had the time to play around with it.

not really sure of the Facebook route
I haven't used facebook brackets much at all myself; I tend toward Yahoo Sports' brackets (and fantasy games generally), and could throw together another group in the next couple of hours if people seem interested.

sent
look for a yahoo-email. If there is interest, great. If its just me in there @ noon, I can delete the group no worse for wear.

got it
understandable. I'm going to play around with the facebook brackets a bit, so to see how that operates. Depending on how that shakes out, I might try putting something together there.

I have to admit...
...I am a bit nervous about the Mojo. If we didn't win the past two years I think the Mojo is not working.

But, if indeed the Mojo is intended to get us to the Final Four, then it DOES work. Is there a Mojo 3.0? Do we keep the same Mojo in the Final Four? Do we need anything beyond the Mojo to raise another banner?

Final Four Mojo
The Mojo has served us well, with two consecutive Final Four appearances.  I would hate the question the Mojo.  The problem may be that we don't believe in the Mojo enough.

The wife and I are both happy tonight on here in Red Sox land, with a LOST and UCLA doubleheader.

Vaya con dios.

LOST...
No no, that might affect the Mojo.
