Cool video from UCLA's first ever "student athlete" graduation ceremony. GO BRUINS.
Gaston Green's turn to talk about coming back to get his degree.
The UCLA football team was kind enough to welcome Tyler to practice again yesterday; and once again, everyone associated with the team was just incredible. At the end of practice, Coach Neuheisel took Tyler with him to meet the media. This time, Tyler went with the "keeping it real" approach. I guess I'm going to have to teach him in the ways of coachspeak.
Nowana Buchanan (Rahim Moore), Diane Galvez (Damien Holmes), Elgin & Tonia James (Jordon James), HollyAnn LeBlanc (Cassius Marsh), Loretta Harris (Mike Harris), Nanentte & Rick Zumwalt (Jordan Zumwalt), Stan Sloan (Steve Sloan), Cheryl Chandler (Nate Chandler), Deborah Westgate (Sean Westgate), Angela Jones (Malcolm Jones), J.C. Johnson (Jerry Johnson), Vicky Umodu (Tobi Umodu) talk about what it means to be part of our Bruin Family. As Mr. James said all of this "makes your (Bruin) heart warm." GO BRUINS.
Ralph takes us "inside the UCLA Gameday tradition of the Bruin Walk." This is something we strongly encourage everyone in BN to partake in when they go down to the Rose Bowl. The feeling you get when these guys come into the Rose Bowl is pretty awesome. It's the same feeling we get when we experience the concept of "Bruin Family." GO BRUINS.
Really cool video of UCLA football alums getting together at "Then, Now and Forever." Although watching Teddy Lawrence reminded me of the heart attacks I was having at the Mosoleum in 93 (kidding Teddy). GO BRUINS.
Here is an absolutely heart warming video on "Operation Mend ," which took the field at the Washington football two weekends ago at the Rose Bowl. In recognition of Veterans Day, eight American heroes representing our men and women in uniform who have been injured in combat and received treatment from UCLA Health Systems Operation Mend were honored in a special on-field ceremony. More details over here. Just another example of why I love bleeding Bruin blue and gold. GO BRUINS.
Welcome To UCLA--Great video put out by the university about what makes UCLA an amazing place to be
ATV talks about being UCLA math major. I knew he was bright, I didn't know he is this bright. Also, check out the videos featuring former co-captain Chris Joseph (now a Rhodes Scholar) and other past UCLA student athletes.
