UCLA basketball is dominating the national college basketball recruiting scene.

Good news may be coming from UCLA hoops as story surfaces of basketball assistant Scott Duncan leaving Westwood, giving Ben Howland opportunity to add a tenacious recruiter to his current staff (something Duncan was not known for being in Westwood).
