Even after his excellent performance against the Gators, Bauer sat rather stone faced in the postgame press conference acting more as if he had helped the Bruins lose a game as opposed to helping them advance to the winner’s bracket.
But that attitude is what has allowed Bauer to have so much success this season. It also is a huge reason why the Bruins are in Omaha.
Bauer may be in his own world, but it’s one that Savage and the rest of the Bruins are more than willing to understand and embrace.
