The No. 9 UCLA men's tennis team gave top-ranked Virginia all it could handle but came up just short in the end, dropping a hard-fought 4-2 decision to the Cavaliers in an NCAA Quarterfinal match at Georgia's Dan Magill Tennis Complex on Sunday. With the loss, the Bruins end their season 17-7 overall. Virginia (39-1) moves on to face No. 5 USC in Monday's semifinals.
