Sheller gets 6th year!

16

Sean Sheller has been granted an additional season of competition by the NCAA and will be a senior in 2011. Update (BN): Congrats to Sean. This is great news for him and the team as it will add depth and experience. Sheller might move to LG instead of staying at LT, as Jeff Baca could be taking that spot back next year.

Is Stan Hasiak officially reinstated into UCLA football program?

7

That is the scoop according to a poster with the username dshasiak on BruinReportOnline.com's premium forum. We have good reasons to believe dshasiak is none other than Stan's Dad. The post entitled, "stan is officially reinstated as of today," has been pinned at the top of BRO. We haven't gotten any confirmation from Morgan Center. If this news is true, it would be great news. Just a month ago Chris Foster (LAT) tweeted about Hasiak transferring out of UCLA. Whatever is the ultimate outcome in this story here is to a happy ending for all parties involved. GO BRUINS.

Has anyone else noticed that whenever CRN talks about the freshmen offensive linemen, Abele is ALWAYS mentioned. I wonder if we could be talking about THREE potential freshman starters this season.
