Richard Brehaut is "Scheduled" to "Return to Practice" on Tuesday

That was according to Rick Neuheisel from yesterday's teleconference. Gold has more updates in the link above. The news about Brehaut is great because this means there is now a chance (fingers crossed) that Brett Hundley's red-shirt can be saved. GO BRUINS.

Sorry For All the Football from Fox Sports 1

Do you dream of bathing in an unending wave of college football goodness? Do you ever feel like you just see too much of your girlfriend, the sun or your Jack Russell, Bo?  If so, do we have...

Dual QBs, a sign of the times?

CRN, Not the only Coach to contemplate playing 2 QBs. I found this part of the article particularly interesting, "I really believe competing against each other has made both of them better," Spurrier said. When Spurrier hears criticism of his decision to rotate quarterbacks, he points back to his Florida days when the Gators won SEC titles alternating between Terry Dean and Danny Wuerffel, and later when Rex Grossman and Jesse Palmer took snaps". As, I still have doubts about KP's knees holding up in the Pistol, I can't help but have faith in RN. I just hope Brehaut uses it as motivation to compete, rather than sulking... Only time will tell, and either way, we will all be supporting our team that has continued to work through adversity, the honest way, unlike certain other teams that we don't need to get in to. Is it Saturday yet??? GO BRUINS!!!

ESPN Reporting Brehaut Has Sprained Left Foot

The quarterback curse strikes again! No confirmation as to how serious the injury is. Edit: No broken bones, but Brehaut will be listed as day to day.

What Drew Olson is up to

Moving on from football, a bit easier with a UCLA degree!

Prince out for spring; Hundley ready to go

Kevin Prince is still rehabilitating, and despite CRN's previous hopes will not be doing much of anything during spring ball. Recent surgeries have Darius Bell out and Nick Crissman limited. Brehaut's available, but just coming off baseball participation. Brett Hundley is there. While none of us wish any ill will on any Bruin, if there were ever a situation tailor-made for a freshman to come in and prove himself ready to contribute (or even start), this is it.

Prince has a torn meniscus

I haven't seen anyone post this yet. Jon Gold spoke with KP last night and our quarterback says he has a torn meniscus. He'll have surgery on saturday to determine just how bad it is.

Prince Out 3-4 Weeks

It's a good thing we got Brehaut some time vs. SDSU. We do have a bye week after K-State so Prince may only miss 2 games. Tough break for Prince. "UCLA redshirt freshman quarterback Kevin Prince has a fractured jaw and will be out three to four weeks, head coach Rick Neuheisel announced today. Prince was injured late in the 19-15 win at Tennessee when he was hit on a third-down play in the Bruins' end zone. He returned only to kneel on the final two snaps of the win. He was examined in the locker room after the game and returned to Los Angeles with the team. He had x-rays this morning that confirmed the fracture on the right side of his jaw. His jaw will be wired shut to assist with the healing process. "
