On this third day of sUckiness, we have three examples of air-headedness, and the mystery is solved as to the source of this stupidity. Need I say more?

Ok, on the first day of sUckiness we covered their "educational" institution. On this second day of sUckiness, I want all the Bruin faithful to concentrate their psychic energy on the opposing QB (I don't even want to mention his name). We'd really like to see his inner sUckiness come to full bloom this Saturday, since we've already seen the level of sUckiness he's capable of. If we all just concentrate maybe we can look forward to highlights like these after an upset of mythic proportions:

We prepare now for the difficult challenge capping the end of this season of our discontent. Others will provide in-depth analysis and serious commentary. I, on the other hand, will present the Five Days of the sUckiness that is our opponent.

To kick things off, today is a reminder that no matter the result of this weekend's game, we at BN are forever grateful that we are Bruins, connected to one of the finest educational institutions. Contrast this with the following example of the kind of education one can expect from Figueroa Tech. Note the middle contestant's place of education and his prodigious knowledge demonstrated in the following video.

This guy's parents must be proud of the return from their six-figure investment.

No disrespect to Florida International University, but this was an expected opportunity to give our freshmen extended minutes. Jrue Holiday took advantage of this matchup to showcase why he was selected Gatorade Player of the Year. He was a perfect 8 of 8 from the field, and scored just over a point a minute, finishing with 20 points in 19 minutes on a variety of jumpers and drives to the hoop.

From local LA TV station KTLA comes these two clips focusing on the strength and conditioning program instituted by Head Athletic Performance Coach Mike Linn. Coach Linn talks about the impact of his program on the freshmen, especially the Friday workouts. Running back Milton Knox refers to Friday workouts as "two-hours of death," while fellow freshman linebacker Patrick Larimore calls them "man-maker" Fridays.
