Pac-12 Digital has some pretty cool clips from Saturday's spring showcase at the Rose Bowl. The video above is of Datone Jones sharing his story on how he got to Westwood, which includes detailing the tenacious recruiting effort of Rick Neuheisel (a little different than what we have seen under Alford in hoops in recent weeks). Other goodies on Pac-12 Digital include:
- Datone's current and soon to be Packers' team-mate Jet Ski gushes about his time at UCLA and also expresses his confidence in the running backs taking over for him next season.
- A cool clip of T.J. Milweard throwing a touchdown pass to Kenny Walker (hey, had to give Millweard some love). There are highlights of three other plays here which includes a nice grab by Darius Bell.
- gbruin shared this in a Spaulding roundup last week. But ICYMI here is Neuheisel giving us some commentary on what the "GoPro" camera on top of Brett Hundley's helmet provides to Hundley and the UCLA coaches.
- More Mora comments on the running backs in the program. This is probably review for most everyone here on BN.
- Lastly Noel Mazzone talks about Hundley's maturation, a topic which Hundley also discussed with Pac-12's Jim Watson here.
Thanks to Pac-12 for putting up those clips. Again, a night and day difference in how this league has been operating under the leadership of Larry Scott, compared to the dark ages under Tom Hansen (who was basically Chianti Guerrero of commissioners leading a major college conference).
GO BRUINS.
