Per the official website pretty much all of the pre-season football magazines are picking us to finish very high in the PAC:
The 2005 UCLA football team has been picked to finish in third place in the Pac-10 this year by most of the pre-season football magazines currently on newsstands.
Street & Smith's, Lindy's and Athlon have all picked the Bruins third in the Pac-10 while Sporting News has selected UCLA for fourth place. Blue Ribbon, which will not be on sale until next month, has the Bruins as the Pac-10's No. 2 team.
Blue Ribbon ranks the Bruins the highest nationally -- No. 19. Lindy's has UCLA at No. 24 while Sporting News and Athlon both have the Bruins at No. 27.
In other words, pre-season expectations of KD producing 9 wins are totally justified. The official release also has a list of our players with pre-season All-America honors. The bottom line is we have a very talented team, and KD MUST PRODUCE 9 WINS.Street & Smith's, Lindy's and Athlon have all picked the Bruins third in the Pac-10 while Sporting News has selected UCLA for fourth place.
