In thinking about Media Day, I was wondering whether the media is trying to make an accurate prediction, or whether it was projecting how good the teams should be. It seems to me that the media is catching on to KD's underacheiving ways, and that's why we were picked fifth. It's worth noting that 2-5 (and really 2-6) were quite close, so it could just be that the media doesn't really know what to expect.
I sincerely believe that we should finish second or third, but I really doubt that we will. With that in mind, I ask everyone to submit a ballot, predicting what you think the actual Pac 10 standings will be, including all relevant factors (schedule, talent, coaching, etc.)
