College Football News ranks the top 50 coaches in the country, here's 1-25 and here's 26-50.

KD isn't on either list.  Some other Pac-10 coaches are though;

#9) Jeff Tedford - Cal
#23) Mike Bellotti - Oregon
#34) Dirk Koetter - ASU
#42) Ty Willingham - Washington

Yep, that's right, CFN rates KD in the bottom tier of the conference.
