UCLA announced the names of eight new Athletics Hall of Fame selections on Friday afternoon. The class is headed by Philly superstar Chase Utley, coach of Bru-105 Valori Kondos Field, NYC marathon winner Mebrahtom Keflezighi, and legendary volleyball coach Andy Banachowski.
Other inductees are David Ashleigh, Judith Holland, Seilala Sua, and Catherine Von Schwarz, women's water polo. They will be introduced during halftime of the October 2 UCLA-Washington State football game at the Rose Bowl. You can get full details on them over here.
