A big win over Houston has the Bruins carrying some confidence and it's a good thing that they have some of it because they'll need it for their match-up this weekend against Texas. The #4 Longhorns are rolling along right now and UCLA will have to head to Austin for this match-up, making things all the more difficult. Nobody is going to call the Bruins favorites as they head down to Austin, but as is always the case, they have a chance.
So, what exactly do the Bruins have to do to beat the Longhorns and what went on Saturday night at the Rose Bowl as UCLA topped Houston? We'll review last week's win over Houston and discuss what the Bruins need to carry over and fix if they want to pull the upset in Texas. It won't be an easy task for UCLA, but any time you can play a program like Texas and head down to one of the better cities out there, Austin, it's always cause for excitement.
To help us preview Saturday's contest we will bring on Peter Bean from BurntOrangeNation.com, SB Nation's Texas Longhorns blog. Peter is one of the more knowledgeable Longhorns out there, not only founding BON, but also editing magazine previews on the football team so he will definitely be able to let us know what we're looking at on Saturday.
The podcast gets underway at 7 pm PDT on Wednesday. We'll have a thread up for it tomorrow where you can chime in with questions and comments that we'll work in throughout the show, but if you don't know whether you'll be able to check in live tomorrow afternoon, use this to share any comments or questions that you have for us. As is always the case, you can listen live by clicking play above or you can listen afterward by clicking play or by checking out iTunes.
