Game Thread: Stanford at UCLA

If the Bruins win today, they are guaranteed a tie for second place in the Pac-10 and have taken an important step toward the goal of making the tournament. The Bruins have won the last three but depending on how you look at it either have shown the mental toughness to win the close games or have been house cats and let other teams back in. Today, on CBS, a more offensive minded UCLA team will play a tough defense in Stanford without Josh Smith.

Previews of the game abound for those interested. The official one is here, a good one from Stanford is here, and the most detailed from Bruin Report Online is here. You can follow the game online here. The game will start very early at 11:05 Pacific time on CBS (Regional).
