Game Thread for Wooden Classic: Arizona vs. UCLA

Arizona vs. UCLA in the Wooden Classic at the Honda Center. Last year the Wooden Classic was a big win over BYU that helped get UCLA RPI and tourney chances. The last game against Arizona at home closed Pauley Pavilion out with a 71-49 destruction of the Wildcats. Is there any magic left? This year the Bruins are not playing for RPI or a share of the conference lead but this game is a "must-win".

The Bruins are 6-3 in the last nine games after starting the season 1-4. In the last nine games, Jones has averaged 16.1 points, 4.0 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.9 steals while shooting 61.0 percent (49-for-84) from the field and 58.1 percent (18-for-31) from three-point range. . . Jones is second among all NCAA Division I guards in effective field goal percentage since Nov. 28 (or in his last nine games).
