The offensive line got a boost today with this commitment:
Carl Hulick, an offensive lineman from Anaheim Esperanza High, said he has committed to play football at UCLA.
Hulick is ranked 11th nationally among centers by Rivals.com and 19th by Scout.com. The 6-foot-2, 285-pound lineman had committed to Southern Methodist but changed his mind after SMU assistant coach Adrian Klemm was hired at UCLA.
What really made me happy though was what Hulick had to say about Coach Mora and his fire and desire. He also said this:
Hulick also said, "There is a buzz going around" about UCLA. "Huge things are going to happen there. The opportunity to be a part of that and change things is exciting."
A good get as this kid has alot of potential and is a very good run blocker. Keep it up Coach Mora.
UPDATE (N): Here are some video Hulick video highlights:
Welcome to Westwood Carl. We look forward to you getting out of those ugly uniforms. GO BRUINS.
