Here we go folks. Let's do this. We started our two game road trip on a nice note in Boulder last Saturday. Let's finish it in style at Strawberry Canyon tonight. As always, we have spent the week talking about this evening's matchup, and by now should know all the story lines around this game, the key stats and the general vibe around this game. Now it's a matter of finding out whether the team can continue its early season momentum by ending a 14 year winless streak in Berkeley.
The Bruins and Bears will get started at 7pm Pacific/10 pm Eastern with Ted Robinson and Glenn Parker calling the game for the Pac-12 Networks with former Bruin Ryan Neece on the sidelines. All of our notes and coverage leading up to the game can be found here in the UCLA at California Hub (one of the BN 3.0 features). For folks without Pac-12 Network availability or are otherwise unable to watch this evening, the game will be broadcast on 570 am, as well as aired nationally on SIRIUS (Ch.S94, XM 193). The official site's game tracker is linked here.
As gbruin mentioned in the very first week we do not tolerate any personal attacks on our players. Don't do it. Say what you want about the play, but support the players. Also, a reminder that no links to illegal streams should be posted in the comment thread. Sorry, that's just a no no per SBN protocol.
This is your first half UCLA-California gamethread.
