Virginia Tech takes on Miami in tonight's national college football telecast, while the Chiefs and Chargers represent the pros tonight.

Cool jerseys with terrible coaching.

We've got two more days to go till the biggest UCLA home game at the Rose Bowl in years. If you want to get ready for Saturday night with a little football there are couple of games to take in tonight. In the college ranks Virginia Tech (4-4, 2-2 ACC) is visiting Miami (4-4, 3-2 ACC) in a matchup between two teams with disappoint results to date. It is fun to think that UCLA became bowl eligible long before any of those two programs who have had nice runs in recent years. That game is on ESPN (kickoff at 4:30 pm PST).

In the NFL Kansas City (with another bad quarterback out of Pete Carrol's program) is taking on the sad sad San Diego Chargers. The game is on the NFL Network (kickoff at 5:20 pm PST) and may be interesting to check in to hear what the commentators are saying about the Chargers, a franchise that has been managed as if Dan Guerrero was the GM.

If you are watching the games, enjoy. Use this as an open thread to talk about the game or anything else that may be on your mind.
