Friday after Thanksgiving is one of my favorite days during college football season. For pure junkie perspective there are some interesting games (without a lot of national hype around it) that will be fun to take in if you have the time for it today. The games of interest are (all time Pacific):

  • 9:00 AM Nebraska at Iowa (ABC)
  • 11:30 AM No. 7 LSU at Arkansas (CBS)
  • 12:00 PM Utah at Colorado (FX)
  • 12:30 PM Washington at Washington State (Fox)
  • 7:00 PM Arizona State at Arizona (ESPN)

I figure we will want to check out the Nebraska/Iowa game for at least couple of reasons. We all appreciate MinnestoaBruinFan's support for all that is good about the blue and gold. In return, we are always pulling for his Hawkeyes. They are having a tough season but the game against Nebraska should be interesting for us b/c there is a chance we could see those Huskers again.

Apparently there has been rumors about Arkansas being interested in Jim Mora and prying him out of Westwood (LOLz, yeah okay). I don't know why but I will be checking into Utah/Colorado game. I have a feeling about a Pirate attack on the Huskies in Pullman and the rivalry between ASU/Arizona is always a nasty one and should be fun to watch this year with two good/new coaches involved.

So if you are watching the games, enjoy. Use this as your open thread for sounding off while watching the games or whatever other random thoughts you may have in mind. Better to spend it here watching football than dealing with "Black Friday."

GO BRUINS.
