UCLA Opens a Six Game Homestand

UCLA opens a six game home stand with the Prairie View A & M Panthers at 6:06 pm tonight and on the Pac 12 network. PV is 5-5 but picked to win the Southwest Athletic Conference. UCLA preview is here. The Bruins Nation preview is here.

But really the issue is not PV but whether the Bruins can play closer to their potential. Will Kyle Anderson get inside to shoot and pass or stay on the wing? Will Shabazz Muhammad hustle on the defensive side of the ball? Will Travis Wear tire out in the second half from too many minutes or will Tony Parker play some real minutes? Will Norman Powell's minutes continue to decrease and will Larry Drew continue to rest on defense?

While Prairie View is officially the opponent tonight, the real thing to watch will be how the bruins players deal with their own issues.
