UCLA vs. Baylor Holiday Bowl Second Half Thread

An utterly forgettable first half. The Bruins better have some pretty major adjustments to get back in this game.

The Bruins came into this game with the hopes of a fan base that we are finally seeing the rebirth of Bruin football. Instead, the first half showed us ugly reminders of the past: little intensity, dumb penalties, bad tackling, unimaginative offense, poor discipline, making the opponent's defense look fantastic, being outcoached, being outplayed, and facing an early 21-0 deficit.

Baylor then turned the ball over and the Bruins cashed in a touchdown and looked like they might climb back in this game. Instead, Baylor got a gift first down, we followed with another personal foul, and then more shoddy defense recovered and extended their lead. Baylor 35, U.C.L.A. 10 at the half.

The Bruins have 2 more quarters to show us we were right about this team. Let's see what we've got.

GO BRUINS!!
