UCLA Blows Out WSU Without The Bright Lights; 78-46

This was probably the most populated section in the house tonight.

I suppose you could say without any lights at all, as the only people who actually saw this game were at Chianti's Garbage Arena. From what many of us could deduce from the radio though, outside of a quick start for Washington State, this quickly devolved into an uncompetitive contest with an overmatched WSU team. For a while, I actually entertained the laughable notion that perhaps the SI story was good for the team and had perhaps cleared the air and lifted a weight off of the players' shoulders. Then I remembered that the SI story wasn't the reason why we are a mediocre team in a terrible conference.

Lazeric Jones and Tyler Lamb had big games with 18 and 16 points respectively. No one on WSU had a good game and WSU did what WSU does on the road in conference: Lose. The end is now in sight. One last game against Washington before this team's fate as a non tournament team is officially sealed.
