Two down, one to go. UCLA's trip to Athens this weekend is already a success. You don't go into any series, let alone a road one against a top 10 Georgia team, thinking sweep so the Bruins have already gotten the job done, but no one wants to end a trip on a loss and a sweep would be so sweet. With that in mind, the Bruins are going to try to make it three of three in Athens today and 10 straight wins overall. Hopefully they won't shave a couple years off of our lives doing it like they did yesterday.

Zack Weiss will be charged with trying to finish up the sweep, just as he was last weekend. The right-hander was strong seven days ago, tossing seven innings of two-run ball, but this Georgia team is much better than Sacramento St. The Bulldogs will counter with Taylor Hicks, who is 2-1 with a 3.00 ERA and is coming off of a rough start last weekend. It wil be interesting to see how the freshman handles his first bad start and the pressure of trying to salvage the weekend for the home team.

John Ramey and/or Tim Wilhelm still are not out in Athens (not that they were ever going to be) so there is no UCLA audio of the game. If you want to follow along with more than GameTracker, you'll have to pony up the $10 to get audio of today's game. If not, I'll also have updates, notes and all the other stuff on my UCLA baseball Twitter. This is your open thread as UCLA goes for the sweep so have at it.
