Chris Kluwe and Brendon Ayanbadejo continue their fight for gay rights by filing an amicus brief with the Supreme Court. In it they talk about the changing mindset of professional athletes and the growing amount of tolerance (acceptance?) of gays in professional locker rooms. They continue by suggesting that others will follow their sports heroes in this trend. However, if the Supreme Court overturns the 9th Circuit decision that Prop 8 is unconstitutional, it will send a message to athletes and the general public that the current trend is in the wrong direction!
